Wet Food for Dogs

Although the majority of a dog's meal usually consists of kibble, wet dog food also plays an important role in canine nutrition.

My dog is fussy!

Dog owners increasingly deal with the problem of fussy, unenthusiastic dogs that refuse food if the taste is not to their liking or they simply get bored of it! For such dogs, the meal can most easily be varied by adding wet food mixed into the kibble, making it more tasty and fragrant.

Dog food manufacturers know that the fussiest are most often dogs of small breeds such as the Chihuahua and Yorkshire Terrier!

Why wet food?

Wet food, depending on its composition, can be a complete meal or an addition to kibble. If it contains ingredients in the correct ratio, we can also offer it to the dog as a complete daily meal. We add wet food to vary the meal, as a reward during training, or simply as a tasty treat.

Age-appropriate wet dog food

Wet food is available for puppies (more caloric, gentle, easily digestible), adult dogs (a full range of forms and flavours), and senior dogs (gentle on digestion, lower caloric content).

Can, pouch or tray?

Cans are the most common, especially suitable for larger dogs. Pouches are intended for smaller portions and are used up at once. Trays usually contain spreadable pâtés. Multipack packaging is especially convenient for owners who like to vary flavours! Textures include pâté, mousse, in sauce, and in broth.

My dog has food allergies — what now?

There is also wet food for dogs with food allergies and intolerances! Options include grain-free food, gluten-free food, monoprotein food, and specialised veterinary diets for sensitive dogs.
