Safe and convenient payment for online orders

At the Mr.Pet online store, we offer several payment options for your online order.

1. PAYMENT BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD (safe and convenient)

Convenient and secure payment by credit or debit card (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners).
Complete security is ensured by an SSL connection and the 3-D Secure system.

2. PAYMENT BY ADVANCE INVOICE (longer delivery time)

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail with a summary of your order, which contains all the necessary information for payment via bank transfer. Your order will only be processed after receiving a bank confirmation of receipt of the payment transfer. We check bank transfers once a day, which is why there is a longer processing and delivery time for your order (additional 2 business days). 

3. PAYMENT ON COLLECTION / ON ACCEPTANCE

Payment to the delivery service upon delivery of the package

When picking up the package, you can pay the courier with cash or credit/debit card at no additional cost - the cost of the delivery fee is covered by Mr.Pet.

Payment upon pickup at a GLS Parcel Machine or GLS Parcel Shop

There are no additional costs if you pick up at a Parcel Machine and pay with cash or credit/debit card. However, if you pick up at a Parcel Shop, you can only pay with cash.
