At the Mr.Pet online store, we offer several delivery options for your online order. Simply select your delivery method during the checkout process.
1. FREE SHIPPING
Free home delivery via GLS delivery service applies to all purchases** over €39.00.
2. GLS HOME DELIVERY - GLS delivery service
Flat rate €3.60 regardless of the weight of the ordered products. Delivery service is provided by GLS.
3. DELIVERY TO GLS PARCEL BOX or GLS PARCEL SHOP
Flat rate €3.30 regardless of the weight of the ordered products. You can view the locations and opening hours of the collection points ( here ).
*Pick-up at BS Petrol: Petrol dd charges its own additional fee for picking up the package ( more ).
4. SAME DAY DELIVERY LJUBLJANA AND SURROUNDINGS WITHIN 3 HOURS
Flat rate €4.60 regardless of the weight of the ordered products, free delivery** for orders over €150. The service is provided by the GLS delivery service and applies to orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped the next business day.
Only valid for delivery to postal codes: 1000, 1210, 1231, 1260, 1261, 1211, 1236, 1290, 1230, 1233, 1234, 1215, 1235,1293,1351.
Payment is only possible by credit or debit card. Only available for products available in the online warehouse and marked with
5. DELIVERY BY SLOVENIAN POST
Flat price €4.80 regardless of the weight of the ordered products. Delivery service is provided by Pošta Slovenije.
6. OWN PICK-UP AT YOUR CHOSEN MR.PET OFFICE
Free pick-up at selected branches regardless of order value. Self-pick-up possible only at branches:
